Group Bookings
Due to how busy the centre gets with our general climbing and various kids clubs and school groups, we cannot offer group bookings. However, we do offer private venue hire outside of our opening times and possible sessions for schools and community groups during the day.
If you are looking for other types of group bookings or climbing birthday parties, we highly recommend our sister wall High Sports in Brighton, who do have these offerings.

Private Hire
There is the option of accessing the whole centre facilities outside of our normal opening times.
Hire for an event, party, commercial function or simply to climb without the usual crowds.

School & Community Groups
If you are a school or community group looking for climbing sessions, this is something we can possibly offer at Volume 1 depending on the situation/day/time/numbers you’re looking for.
In this case, please contact us with an enquiry, including details about your group, using the link below so that we can discuss the options.

Group Bookings
We cannot offer group bookings, but our sister wall High Sports in Brighton does!
These can be a one off event or regular sessions.
Some examples include:
Hen and Stag dos
Learning more about bouldering with a group of friends
Coaching for a group climbing trip
Working towards rock climbing qualifications such the NICAS syllabus or part of GCSE PE from AQA and Edexcel exam boards.

Birthday Parties
We no longer offer birthday parties as an option here at Volume 1.
