Which-ever department you work in, if you have your eye on a course or training which you think is going to help you do your job to a higher standard, deliver a better service to the customer, or bring a new skill set to the team, let us know! We might be able to help part or fully fund it.

Please note, that courses are paid for under the understanding that you use your shiny new skills at work, share your knowledge and stay with the company.

We may ask you to repay full or partial costs if you do not complete your course, or choose to leave within 12 months of completion.

If you leave within 6 months then full amount will be repayable

If you leave between 6 – 12 months 50% will be repayable

If staff member leaves after 1 year 0% will be repayable
