Acknowledgement of risk

If you have not visited Volume 1 Climbing before then you will need to register on our system by filling out our acknowledgement of risk form. This form can also be used by parents to give consent to kids who are climbing either under instruction or being supervised by a parent of guardian.

Registration can also be done at the centre, however to speed up your entrance process and to get you climbing as soon as possible, we recommend filling the form out online first.

If you are planning on supervising children in the centre, you must also fill out the form for yourself, even if you are not climbing.
