Q - Can I upgrade my membership to include unlimited climbing at any time?
A - Providing we have at least 2 days notice before the billing date (1st of each month) you can change between the 2 options month by month.
Q – Can I pay cash instead of a monthly recurring transaction?
A – Yes this is not a problem, payment will need to be made at the start of each month.
Q – We are going away for a long time, can I cancel and you hold my space?
A – Due to the limited numbers that we are able to have on our kids club then unfortunately we are unable to hold spaces for those who are going away for long periods of time and not paying. We have factored in that you can miss up to 6 session and it still works out better value per session than our old system.
Q – Is it possible to change my Childs club day?
A – Providing we have space then this is not a problem to change days/clubs, however please be aware that due to the popularity there is limited availability and your old slot will most likely be taken quickly.
Q - Can I just pay for 3 months in advance like your old system?
A – We would prefer everyone to be on the same payment method but for special circumstances this would be possible. You would need to pay for 3 months at the start of the period and then ensure the next 3 month payment is made at the beginning of the following 3 months.
Q – Can my child attend another day for just one week if they miss a session?
A – Only in exceptional circumstance will we allow this. This is to ensure that the group dynamics are as consistent as possible to help with the development of all of the children in the group. This will also only be possible if we have space on the other course.
Q - What if we miss a session?
A -We understand that sometimes things get in the way and it may not be possible to attend every session. We have therefore factored in to our pricing that you are able to miss up to 6 sessions and it is still better value than our previous pricing system. Due to limited spaces we are sadly unable to give refunds for missed sessions.
Q - How do I Cancel?
A - You can cancel at any point providing you give us at least 2 weeks’ notice before the next billing date (the 1st of each month). If you cancel your space will then be open for someone else to book as sadly we can not hold spaces due to restricted numbers.
