Reintroducing: Early Morning Yoga

EARLY MORNING YOGA.png

Since reopening after lockdown we have tentatively been reintroducing our various offerings in accordance with government and ABC (the Association of British Climbing Walls) guidelines. We feel that now is the time to cautiously begin running yoga classes again in small groups.

Commencing on Friday 9th October, we will begin trialling a weekly, early morning yoga class. So if you’re looking to improve your flexibility and core strength for climbing, these could be the perfect addition to your training/exercise regime.

If you don’t climb or haven’t done yoga before: not to worry! Carrie’s classes are aimed at all levels, and adjustments and adaptations can be made for those who are new to the practice or if you are advanced and would like to push further. The postures and flows incorporated in the routines are beneficial for strength, stability and flexibility, regardless of whether or not you climb.

The details:

£12.50 per class

Maximum of 6 yogis per class

7.30am-8.30am

Fridays, to commence 9.10.20

With regard to the coronavirus precautions, mats will be sanitised before the session and after. We ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival to the centre and arrive in your yoga gear to avoid having to use the changing room, where possible. Please wear your mask around the building, but it is at your discretion as to whether or not to wear a mask during your practice. We will be holding the yoga classes in the main climbing hall to ensure social distancing and fresh air flow.

Book your class online now in the usual way on our website. If you have any further queries about the class beforehand please do feel free to email, call or message us on social for further details!
