Boulder Mat Rental FormThis form is to be filled out by the customer that is renting the boulder mat. Name * First Name Last Name Phone Number * Collection Date * MM DD YYYY Return Date * MM DD YYYY Terms and Condtions * - A £50 deposit will be taken per mat at time of collection. This deposit is then refunded upon return of the bouldering mat. - Boulder mats must be returned in good condition with no rips, tears or breakages to any components. We will assess the condition of the mat upon return and will accept fair wear for the time period hired for. - Any significant damage to the product that could affect its safety or ability to be hired out again will result in part or all of the deposit being kept. - All mats will be checked upon collection and any existing damage noted. Should you spot any damage not noted, please make us aware at time of collection. - Any mats not returned will result in no deposit being returned. - Any mats returned after the agreed rented days will result in the additional fee being taken from the deposit amount. - Mats must be collected and returned during shop opening hours (Weekdays: 12pm - 8.30pm, Weekends 10am - 5pm). Any mat needed to be returned or collection outside of these times must be agreed in advance with the Shop.
